6-3-1-4 Operation parts in cab
The combination switch assembly (No. 2 and No. 4 in Figure 6-12, the lighting switch, exhaust brake, wiper
switch) is introduced as follows:
1)Lighting control switch: 2 in Figure 6-12 is lighting switch, push switch forward to turn on the
right turning light, and the switch backward to turn on the left turning light, then the left turning light
and driving right stee
ring light on the instrument panel ash. Rotating forward 30° is for low beam,
and rotating forward another 30° is for the high beam, and the high beam indicator light goes on. The
small and large lights are as follows: OFF, small light, and headlight. Uplift the switch to realize light
changing, as shown in A view.
2)Exhaust brake, wiper motor and washing switch: 4 in Figure 6-12 is the exhaust, wiper and
washing switch, press the button at the top of the switch to start washing, which automatically resets
after release. Rotating operation can realize intermittent, low-speed and high-speed wiping of the wiper
motor, as shown in the B view. Pull back the switch to turn on the engine exhaust brake.
3)Exhaust brake switch: When the vehicle travels down a long slope, pull back the switch to
realize exhaust brake, which not only can prevent accelerating to the degree of danger due to the gravity
of the vehicle itself, but also reduce the use of the brake, so as that the temperature of the brakes during
going down long slope is not too high. This switch should be reset When it is not in use.
