Xperia X10 - Email Accounts

To save a sender's email address to your contacts

From the Home screen, tap .

Find and tap Email.

Find and tap the desired message.

Touch and hold the sender's field at the top of the screen, then tap Add to
Contacts.

Select an existing contact, or tap Create new contact if you want to create a new
contact.

Edit the contact information and tap Done.
To reply to an email message

From the Home screen, tap .

Find and tap Email.
3
Find and tap the message you want to reply to.

Tap Reply or Reply all.

Edit the message. When you are finished, tap Send.
To forward an email message

From the Home screen, tap
.

Find and tap Email.
3
Find and tap the message you want to forward.

Press , then tap Forward.

Edit the message. When you are finished, tap Send.
To delete email messages
1
From the Home screen, tap .
2
Find and tap Email.

If you are using more than one email account, tap the desired account.

Press
, then tap Folders and select the desired folder.

Mark the checkboxes for the messages you want to delete, then tap Delete.
Email accounts
To add an extra email account in your phone
1
From the Home screen, tap .

Press , then tap Accounts.

Press , then tap Add account.

Enter the email address and password and tap Next. If the settings for the email
account cannot be downloaded automatically, you can complete the setup
manually.
To set an email account as the default account to use
1
From the Home screen, tap
.
2
Find and tap Email.
3
Tap the account you want to set as default.
4
Press , then tap Account settings.
5
Mark the Default account checkbox.
To remove an email account from your phone
1
From the Home screen, tap
.
2
If you have only set up one email account in your phone, press , then tap
Accounts.

Touch and hold the account you want to remove, then tap Remove account >
OK.
