The Moxier™ applications in your phone are your connections to your corporate
Microsoft® Exchange information once the synchronisation has been set up.
To set up Microsoft® Exchange synchronisation in your phone

From the Home screen, tap .

Tap Moxier Sync.

Tap > to start the setup.

Enter your corporate email address.

Enter your corporate user ID.

Enter your corporate password that matches your user ID.

Tap > to verify your account. If your account is found, move on to step 9.

If your account is not found, you have to enter the server address manually. If you
do not know the server address, contact your corporate network administrator.

Mark the checkboxes for the items you want to synchronise.

Tap Profile and select a synchronisation mode. Then tap Save.
To select a synchronisation mode

From the Home screen, tap .

Tap Moxier Sync.

Tap by Profile.

Tap the list and then tap a synchronisation mode:
•
Manual mode – start the synchronisation manually (only available for email).
•
Direct push mode – new items are immediately reflected in your phone.
•
Polling mode – the phone checks for updates at the intervals you specify.
•
Custom mode – a combination of direct push and polling mode that you specify.
To edit your Microsoft® Exchange synchronisation account

From the Home screen, tap

Tap Moxier Sync.

Tap by the setting you want to edit. Make the changes and tap Save when done.

Mark or unmark the checkboxes for the items you want to synchronise.
Once you have set up an account for Microsoft® Exchange synchronisation you can only change
its password. If you need other settings for your account, you have to delete the current account
and create a new one with the correct settings.
To send a corporate email message via your phone

From the Home screen, tap .

Tap Moxier Mail to view your corporate email inbox.

Press
, then tap New message.

Enter the email address of the recipient or tap to select an address book to search
in.

Enter a subject.

Enter a message.

Tap Send.
