INSTALLING THE CYLINDER HEAD ASSEMBLIES
1. Install:
• Cylinder head assembly #1
• Cylinder head bolt “1”–“4”
TIP
Tighten the bolts to the specified torque in two steps and in
order from “1”–“4”.
2. Install:
• Cylinder head assembly #2
• Cylinder head bolt “1”–“4”
TIP
Tighten the bolts to the specified torque in two steps and in
order from “1”–“4”.
Warpage limit:
0.1 mm (0.0039 in)

Cylinder head bolt:
1st: 25 N·m (2.5 kgf·m, 18 lb·ft)
2nd: 45 N·m (4.5 kgf·m, 33 lb·ft)
