13. Install:
• Starter motor 1
• Flywheel magnet cover 2
14 Check:
• Friction force
Turn the friction lever 1 to a or b.
Incorrect → Retighten the nut 2.
15. Check:
• Steering movement 1
• Unsmooth → Repair.
NOTE:
With the friction lver turned fully to the left,
check the tiller for smooth movement.
