13 Overhaul
1. The item numbers correspond with the following figure, "Inspection intervals."
2. The occurrence of a grease leakage indicates the possibility that grease has seeped into the motor. The damage can be damaged as a result. In case of questions, please contact your
YASKAWA branch office.
3. When checking for conduction with multimeter, connect the battery to “BAT” and “OBT” of the plug connections of the respective motor. Now remove the connectors of the encoders of the
respective motor. Failure to observe this sequence can lead to loss of home positions (see section 9.3.1 "Wrist unit" on page 59
4. The grease or lubricants used can be found in the following table, "Inspection points and greases used."
