3. Press the Attendee soft key to demote a presenter to attendee.
The LCD screen of all participants’ phone is shown below:
To promote conference participant:
1. Press More->Members.
2. Press or to select the desired attendee.
3. Press the Presenter soft key to promote an attendee to presenter.
The participant is now a presenter who can manage conference attendees. And
the LCD screen of all participants’ phone is shown below:
Only the organizer and presenters can enable or disable the announcement.
When the announcement feature is enabled, the phone will play a warning tone when
an organizer or presenter removes a conference participant, or when a person joins or
leaves the conference.
To enable conference announcements:
1. During a conference call, press More->E.Anc to enable announcement.
