To add contacts as favorites via Skype for Business client:
1. Right-click a contact.
2. Click Add to Favorites.
You can view the Skype for Business favorites on the idle screen or in the directory.
To view the Skype for Business favorites on the idle screen:
1. By default, Skype for Business favorites are displayed behind the local favorites on
the idle screen.
