2.0 Performance Tests
Instructions
1. Power on the aspirator.
2. Select “Continuous” Mode and “Surgical” procedure from the parameter buttons.
3. In the order listed under Test Results, set the aspirator to each vacuum target indicated by the
table. Record the vacuum level as indicated by the Calibrated Pressure Gauge and the
aspirator in the table. Record a Pass or Fail for each result.
4. Repeat all vacuum measurements with “Smart Flow” set to “OFF.”
Note: Performance Tests must be performed in the order presented below. The CASS
procedure parameter button must be selected to test at 20 mm Hg.
