Exhaust Muffler Block and Baffle Replacement
Required Tools and Other Items
• Torque Driver
• #2 Phillips bit
• #1 Phillips bit
• Vibra-Tite
Instructions
Step Action
1 Remove the four 8-32 x 3 screws on the Exhaust Muffler Baffle, and then remove the
baffle and its intake plate.
Save these screws.
2 Pull the muffler foam from the Exhaust Muffler Block.
Note: Do not compress the muffler foam.
3 Remove the two 6-32 x 3/8 screws and washers from the Exhaust Muffler Block, and
then pull the Exhaust Muffler Block from the chassis.
Save these screws.
