4 Position the new Exhaust Muffler Block so that the mating holes are aligned, then
secure the Exhaust Muffler Block to the chassis. Place a washer on each of the two 6-
32 x 3/8 screws. Clean screws and apply Vibra-Tite to each screw, re-insert, and then
tighten each screw.
Torque: 5 in lbs
Bit Size: #2 Phillips
5 Insert the muffler foam into the Exhaust Muffler Block.
Note: Do not compress (push down) on the muffler foam.
6 Align the Exhaust Muffler Baffle so that the “long side”, found on the top of the baffle is
on the left, and the “short side” is on the right, then place the baffle on the Exhaust
Muffler Block.
7 Position the Intake Plate on the Exhaust Muffler Baffle. Clean screws and apply Vibra-
Tite to each of the four 8-32 x 3 screws, re-insert, and tighten.
Torque: 14 in lbs
