Joining Contacts
As the phone synchronizes with multiple online accounts, it
may create duplicate entries for the same contact. To merge
the contact separate information into one entry in the
contacts list:
1. Touch the Home key >
2. Touch a contact to display the contact’s details.
3. Touch .
4. Touch > Join.
5. Touch the contact for the information to join with the first
entry.
6. Touch .
The phone adds the information from the second contact to
the first contact, and removes the second contact.
Repeat these steps to join another contact to the main
contact.
