3. Disconnect the charger when the battery is fully charged.
NOTE: If the battery is extremely low, the phone may
not power on even during charging. Try again
after charging the phone for at least 20
minutes. Contact Customer Service if you still
cannot power on the phone after prolonged
charging.
Extending the Battery Life
Active applications, screen brightness levels, Bluetooth and
Wi-Fi use, and Location functionality can drain the battery. To
conserve battery power:
 Reduce the screen backlight time
 Lower the screen brightness
 Turn Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and auto-sync off when not in use
 Disable the Location feature when you don’t need it. Most
applications that use the Location feature query the GPS
satellites periodically for current location. Each query
drains the battery.
Powering On and Off
 Press and hold the Power button to turn on your phone.
 To power off, press and hold the Power button and touch
Power off on the menu.
NOTE: If the phone freezes or takes too long to respond,
press and hold the Power button for about 10
seconds to restart the phone.
