AP Connection Status
2.4 GHz Connection
Status
This field displays the connected 2.4G wireless network name.
5 GHz Connection
Status
This field displays the connected 5G wireless network name.
Setup AP Connection Manually
SSID Use this field to type the SSID of the AP. This is useful when the AP’s SSID is hidden.
Encryption Type Use this field to select an encryption mode to protect the information that is sent in the
wireless network.
None - allows wireless clients to communicate with the AP without any data
encryption.
WEP - See Section 10.4.1 on page 57 for details.
WPA-Personal - See Section 10.4.2 on page 58 for details.
WPA2-Personal - See Section 10.4.2 on page 58 for details.
WPA/WPA2-Personal Mixed - See Section 10.4.2 on page 58 for details.
Confirm 2.4G Click Confirm 2.4G to save your changes.
Confirm 5G Click Confirm 5G to save your changes.
