21.3 The Time Setting Screen
Use this screen to configure the P-79X’s time based on your local time zone. To change your P-
79X’s time and date, click Maintenance > System > Time Setting. The screen appears as
shown.

The following table describes the fields in this screen.
New
Password
Type your new system password (up to 30 characters). Note that as you type a
password, the screen displays a (*) for each character you type. After you change
the password, use the new password to access the P-79X.
Retype to
confirm
Type the new password again for confirmation.
Apply Click this to save your changes.
Cancel Click this to restore your previously saved settings.

Current Time
Current Time This field displays the time of your P-79X.
Each time you reload this page, the P-79X synchronizes the time with the time
server.
