SNMP Management
Management Station — Displays the management station IP
address for which the SNMP community is defined.
Open Access — Provides SNMP access to all the stations.
Community String
Standard — Displays pre-defined community strings. The possible
field values are:
public — Displays the pre-defined public community string
name.
private — Displays the pre-defined private community string
name.
User Defined — Defines a user-defined community string name.
Access Mode — Defines the access rights of the community. The
possible field values are:
Read Only — Management access is restricted to read-only,
and changes cannot be made to the community.
Read Write — Management access is read-write and changes
can be made to the device configuration, but not to the
community.
2 Define the relevant fields.
3 Click Apply. The SNMP Communities are defined, and the device is
updated.
