7.3 Service Signals to PBX Operator Console
The exchange is equipped with a signalling channel which interconnects the
exchange room to the PBX operator console.
The signal lights the Service indication. A toggle switch (with adjacent lamp
display) in the exchange room is used for operating this function.
The toggle switch and the lamp display shall be installed in a conspicuous
position at the entrance door.
