The fan unit provides forced cooling of the Media Gateway Classic boards in
the subrack.

2.7 Media Gateway
The Media Gateways are installed in the upper part of the cabinet. The units
are equipped with internal cooling. Its mounting brackets can be turned to
support either metric (BYB 501) or 19-inch rack systems.
