Make sure that all supplies for electrical
power, hydraulic pressure, and air pressure
are turned off.

CAUTION
The process turning disc weight is 50 kg.
All lifting equipment must be sized accord-
ingly.

Roundsling 1 m, Lifting capacity: 1,000 kgAttach the roundsling to the process turn-
ing disc and to an overhead crane or simil-
ar.

Stretch the roundsling to take the weight
of the process turning disc.

Wipe clean the contacts surfaces.5

Foundry Plus:
Apply Mercasol on the surfaces on the
process turning disc and axis-6 gearbox
as shown in the figure.

Tightening torque: 120

Secure the process turning disc with its
attachment screws and washers.
