The circuit breaker closing is enabled when the ENA_CLOSE input is activated. The
input can be activated using the configuration logic, which is a combination of the
disconnector or breaker truck and the earth-switch position status, status of the trip
logics, gas pressure alarm and circuit breaker spring charging status.
The OKPOS output from DCSXSWI defines whether the disconnector or breaker
truck is definitely either open (in test position) or close (in service position). This
output, together with the open earth-switch and non-active trip signals, activates the
close-enable signal to the circuit breaker control function block. The open operation
for circuit breaker is always enabled.
The SYNC_ITL_BYP input can be used, for example, to always enable the closing of
the circuit breaker when the circuit breaker truck is in the test position.
SYNC_ITL_BYP overrides, for example, active interlocking conditions when the
circuit breaker truck is closed in service position.
Connect the additional signals required for the application for closing
and opening of circuit breaker.
