The configuration also includes overcurrent operate, earth-fault operate and
combined voltage & frequency operate logic. The operate logics are connected to the
minimum pulse timer TPGAPC for setting the minimum pulse length for the outputs.
The output from TPGAPC is connected to binary outputs.
