6.2 CONFIGURATION OF THE PSPIX SYSTEM
Confi guring the PSPIX system is done by the system’s Touch screen and via the computer connected to the
PSPIX system, in the PSPIX acquisition module.
Setup up the PSPIX system via the touch screen
-During the fi rst start-up of the PSPIX system, you must select the language you wish to use. Scroll through
the languages until you fi nd the desired language. Click OK to confi rm.
- You will then be taken to the home screen, which displays the “PSPIX” logo and the time.
NOTE:
The time is set automatically. It uses the system time of the computer connected to the PSPIX system.
NOTE:
If the red computer icon appears in the top right-hand corner of the touch screen , this means
that the PSPIX is not connected to the computer or the network.
- Please ensure that the Ethernet cable is correctly connected to the network plug.
-OR Click on the “Setup”
icon to access the Confi guration
of the IP address in the “Confi guration” / “Ethernet” menu
.
-Next click on the “Setup” icon. You can now directly access screen brightness Setup and the
Confi guration and Delete menus.
NOTE:
At any time, click on the “Home” icon if you wish to return to the Home screen.
- To alter the brightness Setup, slide the cursor to the left or right to obtain the required backlighting.
- Then click on the “Confi guration” icon

In the Confi guration menu, you can access the “Languages”
, “ Ethernet” , and “Time”
menus
. Click on the icon corresponding to the confi guration you require.
