6. In the "Upgrade Device Driver Wizard" Window, click on "Have
Disk" and then "Next".
7. In the following "Upgrade Device Driver Wizard" window, specify
the location at "D:\Drv_Lan\82540" for 10/100/1000Base-T or
D:\Drv_Lan\82562 for 10/100Base-T Ethernet LAN.
