Wafer prober sense switch
The 4072/4073 tester uses the wafer prober sense switch located on the bottom panel of the testhead to ensure that
the testhead sets on the wafer prober properly.
The testhead mounting hardware must be designed so that a part of the mounting hardware, such as a pin, pushes
the wafer prober sense switch when the testhead is set on the wafer prober. See Figure 3-9.
See Figure 3-3 or Figure 3-5 for the location of the wafer prober sense switch. The wafer prober sense switch is
labeled “WAFER PROBER SENSE”.
