4.9.5.7.2 SCPI Socket
Turns on/off the capability of establishing Socket LAN sessions. This allows you to limit
SCPI access over LAN via socket sessions.

Turns on/off the SICL server capability, enabling you to limit SCPI access over LAN via the
SICL server. (SICL IEEE 488.2 protocol.)
