Using the STATus System
Operation Event Query
:STATus:OPERation[:EVENt]?
This query returns the decimal value of the sum of the bits in the
Operation Event register.
NOTE The register requires that the associated PTR or NTR filters be set
before a condition register bit can set a bit in the event register.
The data in this register is latched until it is queried. Once queried, the
register is cleared.
Key Type: There is no equivalent front-panel key.
Operation Negative Transition
:STATus:OPERation:NTRansition <integer>
:STATus:OPERation:NTRansition?
This command determines which bits in the Operation Condition
register will set the corresponding bit in the Operation Event register
when the condition register bit has a negative transition (1 to 0). The
variable <number> is the sum of the decimal values of the bits that you
want to enable.
Key Type: There is no equivalent front-panel key.
Factory Preset: 0
Range: 0 to 32767
Operation Positive Transition
:STATus:OPERation:PTRansition <integer>
:STATus:OPERation:PTRansition?
This command determines which bits in the Operation Condition
register will set the corresponding bit in the Operation Event register
when the condition register bit has a positive transition (0 to 1). The
variable <number> is the sum of the decimal values of the bits that you
want to enable.
Key Type: There is no equivalent front-panel key.
Factory Preset: 32767 (all 1’s)
Range: 0 to 32767
