10 Remove the silicon safety tube from the needle.
11 Replace the plate tray in the tray base. Re-install the side door and close the
front door.
12 In the user interface close the “Change Needle/Seat” function and exit the
maintenance mode.
NOTE
The needle must be centered in the needle pusher as all alignment by the well-plate
sampler is calculated from the needle pusher position.
