2 Transmit Power Measurements
This section explains how to make a Transmit Power measurement on a
TD-SCDMA base transceiver station (BTS), a mobile station (MS), a
repeater or a power amplifier (PA). This test measures the average RF
power present in the channel.
There are three methods to determine the power level:
• At or above a specified threshold value;
• Within the detected burst width;
• Captured in single timeslot.
The results are shown in a graph window and in a text window.
