Switching off Engine
Move speed control lever to idling gas
position and let engine run idle for
approx.1/2 minute.
Move engine-off-switch to position “0”
Close fuel tap
Withdraw spark plug connector - pro-
tection against unauthorised use!

Have the engine cooled down
before parking the power hoe in
closed rooms.

To down the machine for a long
period of time, do not press the
engine shut-off switch to stop the en-
gine. Instead, close the fuel tap and
operate the engine until it comes to a
stop by lack of fuel. This is to ensure the
carburetor is empty and to avoid resin
deposits.
