4.3 Changing wheels
(1) Park the loader on solid
ground.
(2) Turn the drive switch (4-7/1)
to position "0".
(3) Pull the parking brake (4-9/1).
(4) Changing wheels at the front
axle:
- Raise the bucket arm and insert
the bucket arm support (1-1/
arrow).
- Lock the swing mechanism by
inserting the block wedge (1-3/1)
into the swing locking (1-2/
arrow) and secure it with the
spring cotter pin (1-3/2).
(4) Changing wheels at the rear
axle:
Place the attachment on the ground.
(5) Turn the ignition key to the left
to position "0" (5-1).
(6) Secure the hand lever for
working and additional hydraulics
(chapter 5.5).
(7) Secure the loader in both direc-
tions from rolling on one wheel of
the axle that is not to be changed.
(8) Loosen the wheel nuts of the
wheel to be changed so that further
loosening can be achieved without
much effort.
(9) Apply the lifting jack from the
side below the axle arch within the
range of the axle attachment cen-
trally and in such a way that it does
not slide down (4-6). Lift the front/
rear axle laterally until the wheel no
longer touches the ground.
4.3 Hjulbyte
(1) Ställ maskinen på ett stabilt
underlag.
(2) Ställ körriktningsomkopplaren
(4-7/1) i läge 0.
(3) Dra åt handbromsen (4-9/1).
(4) Vid hjulbyte på framaxeln:
- Lyft lyftarmen och lägg in lyft-
armstöd (1-1/pil).
- Blockera vridmaskineriet genom
att lägga in en spärrkil (1-3/1) i
vridlåset (1-2/pil) och säkra med
fjädersprinten (1-3/2).
(4) Vid hjulbyte på bakaxeln:
Lägg redskapet på marken.
(5) Vrid tändningsnyckeln till
vänster till 0-läget (5-1).
(6) Spärra spaken för arbets-
hydraulsystemet och det extra-
hydraulsystemet (kapitel 5.5).
(7) Säkra maskinen från att rulla
iväg vid det hjul på varje axel som
inte skall bytas ut.
(8) Lossa fälgskruvarna på det
hjul som skall bytas ut så mycket
att skruvarna kan lossas utan någon
större ansträngning.
(9) Sätt in en domkraft från sidan
under axelbryggan i området kring
axelfästet (4-6) så att den sitter
säkert och är centrerad, och lyft
fram- eller bakaxeln på sidan så
mycket att hjulet inte rör vid marken.

(7) Säkra maskinen från att rulla
iväg vid det hjul på varje axel som
inte skall bytas ut.
(8) Lossa fälgskruvarna på det
hjul som skall bytas ut så mycket
att skruvarna kan lossas utan någon
större ansträngning.
(9) Sätt in en domkraft från sidan
under axelbryggan i området kring
axelfästet (4-6) så att den sitter
säkert och är centrerad, och lyft
fram- eller bakaxeln på sidan så
mycket att hjulet inte rör vid marken.
