7 Rescue, towing,
lashing, tifting
7.1 Rescue, towing, lashing
CAUTION
Towing on public roads is only
permitted with an empty standard,
multi purpose, or light bulk bucket
and only when fitted with bucket
protection.
(1) Apply parking brake (4-9/1).
(2) Raise or lower the bucket arm
so that the lowest point of the bucket
arm or the bucket is at least 30 cm
above ground (5-2).
(3) Cover bucket edge and teeth
with bucket protector (5-2/arrow).
(4) Insert plug of the edge protector
into the socket (5-3/arrow).
(5) Lock valve actuator for working
and additional hydraulic (chapter
5.5).
(6) Lock swivel mechanism by
fitting the block wedge (1-3/1) into
the swivel blocking (1-2/arrow ) and
secure the blocking wedge by means
of the spring tension lock (1-3/2).
(7) Connect the towing shaft to the
shunting and towing connections
(7-1/2) of the towing vehicle and the
vehicle to be towed.
CAUTION
- Before towing, switch the hydro-
static drive unit to free circulation.
To do this, loosen the screws (7-2/
arrows) on both high-pressure
limiting valves a maximum of two
turns (spanner size 19).
- After towing, screw in the valve
inserts again.

7.1 Bärgning, bogsering,
fastsurrning
OBSERVERA
Bogsering på allmän väg får endast
ske när standard- universal- eller
lättgodsskopan är tom och endast
med monterat skopskydd.
(1) Dra åt parkeringsbromsen
(4-9/1).
(2) Sänk eller höj lyftarmen så
mycket, att lyftarmens eller skopans
lägsta punkt befinner sig minst
30 cm över vägbanan (5-2).
(3) Täck skopkanten och skop-
tänderna med skopskyddet (5-2/pil).
(4) Stick in kontakten till
skopskyddet i uttaget (5-3/pil).
(5) Lås ventilgivaren för arbets-
och hydraulsystemet (kapitel 5.5).
(6) Spärra vridmekaniken genom
att lägga in en spärrkil (1-3/1) i
vridlåset (1-2/pil) och säkra med
fjädersprinten (1-3/2).
(7) Fäst bogeringsstången vid
bogseringskopplingen (7-1/2) på det
fordon som skall bogseras och det
fordon som skall bogsera.
OBSERVERA
- Koppla om den hydrostatiska
drivmotorn till fri oljecirkulation före
bogseringen. Gör så här: Lossa
skruvarna (7-2/pil) på de båda
begränsningsventilerna max två
varv (nyckelstorlek 19).
- Efter bogseringen skall ventilin-
satserna skruvas in igen.
