Dismounting
(1) Place the bucket firmly on the
ground.
(2) Unlock the bucket with the
hand lever for auxiliary hydraulics
(4-7/8).
(3) Tip the quick change device
and back up the loader.
NOTE
The type plate is on the back of
the bucket, on the right hand side
underneath the transverse girder
(6-3/1).
6.1.2 Fork-lift attachment
NOTE
- Figure 6-4 shows the loader with
forklift attachment in lowest posi-
tion.
- Mounting and dismounting are
carried out analogous to the
bucket (Section 6.1.1).
DANGER
Both the bolts of the quick-change
device must be found on both sides
in the location bores of the forklift
attachment suspension and they
must distinctly protrude at the
sides.
- Distribute weight equally on both
forks and secure it against
moving and falling off.
- Rest load at the rear of the forks
and tilt the fork lift attachment.
- Position both forks at an equal
distance from the centre and lock
them.
NOTE
The type plate is on the back of the
upper fork carrier, on the right hand
side (6-4/arrow).
Demontering
(1) Placera skopan på ett stabilt
underlag.
(2) Lossa skopan med spaken för
extrahydraulsystemet (4-7/8).
(3) Fäll ner snabbfästet och backa.
ANMÄRKNING
Typskylten sitter på baksidan på
skopan till höger under tvärbalken
(6-3/1).
6.1.2 Gaffel
ANMÄRKNING
- Bild 6-4 visar maskinen med gaf-
feln i nedersta läget.
- Monteringen och demonteringen
går till på samma sätt som för
skopan (avsnitt 6.1.1).
VARNING
De båda bultarna på snabbfästet
måste sitta i fästhålen på båda
sidor i skopupphängningen och
sticka ut tydligt på sidorna.
- Fördela lasten jämnt på båda
gafflarna och säkra dem från att
glida eller falla av.
- Lägg lasten mot gaffelryggen och
lyft upp gaffeln.
- Ställ de båda gafflarna på samma
avstånd till mitten och säkra dem.
ANMÄRKNING
Typskylten sitter till höger på bak-
sidan av den övre gaffelhållaren
(6-4/pil).
