Front axle
(1) Unscrew the plug (8-3/arrow)
from the axle arch.
NOTE
- The oil level must reach the plug
bore.
- If oil comes out, collect it or, if
necessary refill oil.
(2) Re-screw the plug with new
gasket.
8.2.3 Checking the oil level
in the hydraulic oil reservoir
(1) Place loader in horizontal
position.
(2) Bring the bucket arm to its
lowest position.
(3) Open the engine cover.
(4) Check the oil level in the sight
gauge (8-4/arrow).
NOTE
The oil level must be visible in the
sight gauge. If necessary, re-fill
hydraulic oil into the filling stud
(8-10/arrow).
8.2.4 Changing the engine
oil
(1) Unscrew maintenance flap from
the motor oil sump (8-5/arrow).
(2) Place a sufficient large oil drain
pan underneath the sump.
(3) Open the motor cover.
(4) Unscrew the cover for access
to the oil drain.
(5) Screw the drainage nozzle
with a hose (toolbox) to the oil
drain.
(6) Remove cover cap from the hose.
(7) Further procedures are to be
found in the Engine Operating
Manual.
Framaxel
(1) Skruva ut pluggarna ur axel-
bryggan (8-3/pil).
ANMÄRKNING
- Oljenivån måste nå upp till hålen
för pluggarna.
- Torka upp den olja som ev rinner
ut.
(2) Skruva in pluggarna igen med
nya tätningsringar.
8.2.3 Kontroll av oljenivån i
hydrauloljebehållare
(1) Ställ maskinen i vågrätt läge.
(2) Sätt lyftarmen i nedersta
läget.
(3) öppna motorhuven.
(4) Kontrollera oljenivån i oljeni-
våröret (8-4/pil).
ANMÄRKNING
Oljenivån måste kunna avläsas i
oljenivåröret. Fyll ev på olja via
påfyllningsröret (8-10/pil).
8.2.4 Oljebyte i motorn
(1) Skruva av underhållsluckan
från motorbehållaren (8-5/pil).
(2) Placera en tillräckligt stor
behållare under luckan för att
samla upp oljan.
(3) öppna motorhuven.
(4) Skruva av skyddlocket från
oljeavtappningsskruven.
(5) Ta fram avtappningsröret med
slangen från verktygslådan och skru-
va fast det på avtappningsskruven.
(6) Dra av locket från slangen.
(7) Se bruksanvisningen för
motorn för ytterligare information.
