CAUTION
Before starting the engine, check
that all of the air filter system’s
connection pipes and hoses are
intact.
8.2.10 Replacing the safety
cartridge
CAUTION
- The safety cartridge must not be
cleaned.
- The safety cartridge must be
changed after three maintenance
periods, at the least after two
years.
- When changing the safety cart-
ridge make sure that neither dust
nor dirt enters the filter housing.
(1) Remove the filter cartridge
(section 8.2.9).
(2) Unscrew and remove the
hexagon screw on the safety
cartridge (8-16/arrow).
(3) Remove the safety cartridge.
Replace the safety cartridge and
the filter cartridge by new material.
(4) Secure the safety cartridge
with the hexagon screw.
(5) The remaining steps are as
described in Section 8.2.9 (6)...(8).
(8) Om underhållsindikatorn
(8-15/pil) visar rött, tryck på åter-
ställningsknappen. Fältet blir då
transparent.
OBSERVERA
Kontrollera att luftfiltersystemets
alla förbindningsrör och -slangar är
intakta innan motorn startas.

skyddsinsatsen
OBSERVERA
- Skyddsinsatsen får inte rengöras.
- Efter en tredje service av filter-
insatsen skall skyddsinsatsen
bytas, dock senast efter två år.
- Vid bytet av skyddsinsatsen måste
man se till att inget smuts eller
damm hamnar i filterhuset.
(1) Demontera filterinsatsen (avs-
nitt 8.2.9).
(2) Lossa och skruva av sexkant-
muttern på skyddsinsatsen (8-16/
pil).
(3) Tag ut skyddsinsatsen och
ersätt den med en ny. Även filterin-
satsen skall förnyas.
(4) Skruva åt skyddsinsatsen med
sexkantmuttern.
(5) Hur delarna sätts samman
finns beskrivet i 8.2.9 (6)...(8).
