3.7 Information on Queued Calls
Role: This function lets you display information about Contact Center Distribution calls waiting
in queues serviced by the group in which you are assigned.
Prerequisites: This function is accessible if your set is in "Idle", "WrapUp" or "Pause between
calls" states.
Procedure:
- The set is in Idle set.
