4.5 Call Forwarded to a Pilot
Depending on the selected system management , when the agent set is forwarded to a pilot,
the display shows:
- Caller number and pilot name, or
- Caller name and pilot number, or
- Caller name
4.6 Transfer to a Pilot
Depending on the selected system management , during a call transferred to a pilot, the
display shows:
- Caller number and pilot name, or
