3.13. Presence
In the upper right of every page of your online account is a small colored icon next to your
name. This icon displays your Do not disturb (DND) status.
Click the icon to toggle between statuses:
● Take all calls: Do not disturb status is off and in green.
● Do not accept call queue calls: Do not disturb status is on and in orange. These calls
are sent to voicemail.
● Do not accept any calls: Do not disturb status is on and in red. All calls are sent to
voicemail
