7.3.2. Using call flip
When you are on a phone call, press the asterisk key (*) and a number corresponding to the
device to which it is assigned. The call is transferred immediately to that device. For example,
if you have the number 2 assigned to your home phone, clicking *2 while you are on a call will
instantly transfer the call to your home phone.
7.3.3. Creating custom rules
You can create custom answering rules for special routing during holidays or specific times of
the day (e.g. lunch break) or for special callers.
1. Select the Settings tab
2. Select Call Forwarding and Voicemail
3. Select Custom Rules
4. Select Add rule
5. Create a name for your custom answering rule
