11. Click the Permissions tab
12. Next to Allow other users to see my Presence status, select the radio button next
to On or Off
13. Select the users who you'd like to allow to see your Presence
14. Click Save
15. If the Attention modal window appears, click Yes to automatically reboot your
phones to reflect the changes you made. If a call is in progress the phone will reboot
after it completes.
