6. Click Play Announcement, to configure how you want the announcement to play
before connecting
7. Direct Calls: this setting allows you to hear an announcement when your extension
or phone is called directly. This is helpful for identifying how you should answer the
phone, especially if you use the phone for both business and personal use. You can
select the following options under this setting:
a. For non-Rainbow Office phones only: Plays the announcement when
forwarding a call to your home or mobile phone (to help you distinguish
between personal and business calls), but not when forwarding to your
Rainbow Office phone
b. Always: All calls will be announced before being forwarded to any of your
phones
c. Never: All calls will be connected without an announcement (unless they are
from blocked numbers)
