Parameter Description Value Range
Choke Time Sets the minimum time you must grab and hold
the edge of a cymbal in order for it to register a
cymbal choke/mute. Lower values will make it
easier to choke, but may also cause unintended
chokes from your drumstick. Values that are too
high may cause an uncomfortable delay from
the moment of grabbing the cymbal until the
choke occurs.
1 – 200 ms
Invert Bell & Edge Swaps the trigger input for the bell and the
edge. This setting is only needed with certain
cymbal pad brands.
Off, On
Edge Decay Boost Provides an extra false trigger filter decay for
cymbal edges, intended to prevent any false
triggers due to the cymbal swinging on the
stand. This is only required if you get very late
false triggers after a very hard cymbal crash.
Generally, this shouldn’t need to be adjusted.
