I can’t hear the click.
Press and hold the Click button to open the click menu. Make sure the Output

Out 1/2, Headphones, Assign Out 3/4, or Assign Out 5/6).
My hi-hat pedal behaves in an opposite manner.
Connect the hi-hat pedal first, and then power on PRIME.
My pad is triggering even when no pads are hit.
Lower the trigger input’s gain setting in Kit Edit mode > Kit Piece Volume.
Raise the Threshold setting for the trigger input in Kit Edit mode > Tweaks.
Place the drum kit on a carpet or drum rug to reduce vibration and prevent it
from moving.
A pad triggers when another pad is hit.
Adjust the crosstalk settings to prevent double triggering. Refer to the Learn

Some sounds are louder than others.
In Kit Edit mode, adjust each Kit Piece Volume.
In Mixer mode, adjust the volume mixes for each output assignment.
The cymbal is not sending a choke MIDI message.
Make sure you are triggering a dual zone cymbal and not a single zone cymbal.
In the Settings menu > MIDI tab > Cymbal Choke, select Note to send a specified
MIDI note for a choke message. Select Aftertouch to send a polyphonic
aftertouch event for a choke message.
