Temperature Units
You can use the following temperature units with your 5069-IY4 module:
• Celsius
• Kelvin
• Fahrenheit
• Rankine
• Custom
Each channel is individually configurable for its temperature units.
To see where to select the temperature units for a channel, see
page 96.
Over Temperature Detection
The Over Temperature Detection feature indicates that the temperature of the
conditions within which the module is operating are higher than the module
operating limits.
When an Over Temperature condition exists, the I.Chxx.OverTemperature tag is
set to 1.
