Copper ports should not use Auto-Negotiation to set speed and
duplex mode when connected to devices that do not support Auto-
Negotiation. A speed or duplex mode mismatch may occur between
the devices, resulting in reduced performance. For ports connected
to devices that do not support Auto-Negotiation, you should set
speed and duplex mode manually.
