AC Power
The switch is functioning intermittently or shut down and powered off. One
possible cause is the unit may have overheated. Try the following:
Verify that the location of the switch allows for adequate airflow.
Verify that the ambient temperature is within the operating range of
the switch. Refer to “Environmental Specifications” on page 101.
Use the management software to verify that the fans are operating
properly.
Another possible cause is the AC power. Try the following:
Verify that the AC power cord is securely connected to the switch
and power source.
Connect another device to the AC power source to verify that the
source has power.
Try replacing the power cord.
Verify that the AC power is within the operating range of the switch.
