AC Power
The switch is functioning intermittently or shut down and powered off. One
possible cause is the unit may have overheated. Try the following:
 Verify that the location of the switch allows for adequate airflow.
 Verify that the ambient temperature is within the operating range of
the switch. Refer to “Environmental Specifications” on page 101.
 Use the management software to verify that the fans are operating
properly.
Another possible cause is the AC power. Try the following:
 Verify that the AC power cord is securely connected to the switch
and power source.
 Connect another device to the AC power source to verify that the
source has power.
 Try replacing the power cord.
 Verify that the AC power is within the operating range of the switch.
