Boom barrier does not work

No mains voltage,
connection failure
Check the mains voltage. Check the
electrical connections.
Check the fuse (T2A250V) which is
installed in the control unit
Boom barrier does not work
(control unit indication is

Incorrect electrical
connections. Boom
movement is interfered
with
Check the connections. Make sure the
inputs of devices with normally closed
contact are closed.
Remove an obstacle to the barrier boom
The boom is not moving, the
barrier motor running sound
is heard
Barrier is unlocked Lock the barrier (section ‘4.4. Manual
unlocking’)
The barrier does not respond
to the remote control (the
indicator on the remote is
‘o or dimmed’, the remote
control distance is small)
Remote control battery
is low
Check the RC battery and replace if
necessary
The barrier is not controlled
by the remote control (the
recorded remote is operable)
The barrier cabinet door
is unlocked. Manual
operating mode
Make sure that the barrier cabinet door is
fully closed
The barrier boom jerks when
rising / lowering or stops
(reverse movement may
occur)
Barrier boom is poorly
balanced. The barrier
settings are incorrect
Check the balancing of the boom (section
‘4.5. Balancing the boom’). Check the
boom barrier setting (section ‘7.2. Setting
the operating parameters’ P1–F1).
Make sure that there are no obstacles to
the boom movement and that the boom
barrier is functioning properly
The barrier does not react to
an obstacle on the photocells
optical axis when closing
The photocells are out
of order
Check the photocells and replace
