12. STORAGE, TRANSPORTATION, AND DISPOSAL
The product should be stored packaged in closed dry rooms, at the temperature of 0 … +25°Cand
relative humidity not exceeding 80%, provided that the ambient air is free from acid, alkaline
and other aggressive substances. Avoid exposure to atmospheric precipitations and direct
sunlight. Shelf life — 3years from the date of manufacture. Transportation can be carried out by
all types of covered ground transport ensuring protection against impacts and movements
inside the vehicle.
Dispose the product in accordance with the regulations and legal acts on recycling
and disposal applicable in the user'scountry. The used battery of the remote con-
trol must be disposed of in special collection bins. The product does not contain
precious metals or substances that are dangerous to life, health or the environment.
13. WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Operability of the product is guaranteed if the rules of its storage, transportation,
installation, adjustment and operation are observed; if the installation and maintenance
(timely and proper) are performed by an organization specialized in the field of automation
systems and authorized for installation and maintenance.
• The guaranteed service life is and is calculated from the date
oftransfer of the product to the Customer or from the date of manufacture, if the date
oftransfer is unknown.
• During the warranty period malfunctions caused by the Manufacturer's fault shall be
eliminated by the service department performing warranty service.
Note: parts that are replaced under warranty become the property of the service department
that repaired the product.
• The product warranty does not apply in cases of:
− incorrect storage, transportation, operation and installation of the product;
− installation, adjustment, repair, reinstallation or alteration of the product by parties
unauthorized to perform these operations;
− damage to the product caused by unstable operation of the power supply system or non-
compliance of the power supply system with the values specified by manufacturer;
− damage to the product caused by water entry;
− force majeure circumstances (fires, lightning, floods, earthquakes and other natural
disasters);
− damage to the product structure caused by the customer or third parties;
− malfunctions and defects caused by failure to perform scheduled maintenance and
inspection of the product;
− does not apply to the battery;
− failure to provide a completed manual.
