10.2 Moving the implement into working position
1. Drive with the tractor and implement to the beginning of the field and come to a
stop.
2. Move the road safety bar into parking position .................................................................. Page 233
3. Instruct any people in the area to stand at a minimum distance of 20 m from the implement.
4. Unfold the implement sections .......................................................................................... Page 244
5. Completely lower the implement via the integrated running gear.
When lowering the implement, the pre-selected track marker is automatically
actuated, see "ISOBUS software" operating manual.
Pull the implement forward slightly,
immediately before lowering the tools
into the ground.
Particularly with double disc coulters,
this prevents blockage or damage to
the seed catcher (Fig. 334/1).
Never drive in reverse when the coul-
ters are already in the soil.

6. Lower/raise the tractor
lower link until the implement
frame is horizontal.
A chain (Fig. 335/1) serves as orientation.
