Cirrus-CC with two metering units and

two distributor heads have

 2 chambers in the hopper

 1 metering unit at the front (Fig. 98/1)

 1 metering unit at the rear (Fig. 98/2)

for FerTeC coulters

 2 double sluices (Fig. 98/3)

 1 distributor head (Fig. 98/1a)

for RoTeC pro Control coulters or

TwinTeC+ double disc coulters

 1 distributor head (Fig. 98/2a)

for FerTeC coulters.

The calibration is performed consecutively on

both metering units. The order of the numbered

metering units can be freely selected.

Metering unit at the front (Fig. 98/1)

When calibrating the spread rate and during

operation

 the seed flows out of the front hopper

chamber into the left conveyor tube to the

seed distributor head (Fig. 98/1a)

 the seed rate is not halved during

calibration.

When calibrating the spread rate and during

operation

 the metered material flows out of the rear

hopper chamber into the right conveyor tube

to the FerTeC distributor head (Fig. 98/2a)

 the metered quantity is not halved during

calibration.
