8. Bleed down the Span gas and disconnect it from the Span gas connec-
tion point.
9. Replace and tighten the Swagelok cap on the Span gas connection
point.
10. Turn on the Zero gas and adjust the pressure to the level it was at be-
fore Spanning the analyzer. Confirm that the pressure is at the recom-
mended pressure listed on the system drawings (in Documentation
Package shipped with the analyzer). The pressure must be less than
the 1380 kPag (200 psig) maximum Cell Pressure.
11. Change the Flow Control setting back to Analyzer Control by entering
0’ (auto) in the Flow Control text field, and then clicking Apply (next
to Flow Control text field). Click OK to return to the Setup tab, then
click Save CFG to EEPROM to permanently save the changes to the
analyzer’s EEPROM.
If the Flow Control mode has been in a mode other than auto (‘0’) for
longer than the AZero Interval (hr) duration, and you attempt to
return it to auto (by entering ‘0’ and then clicking the Apply button
next to Flow Control text field), the mode will not switch until after
the Auto-Zero Timer (AZ-0) duration, under Auto Calibration
Timers, elapses.
If the Flow Control mode is left in any mode other than ‘0’ (auto),
the message “Flow Control not in Auto” will be displayed in the
Operational Message window on the Status tab.
